Anxiety and or Depression

Anxiety/Depression is affected by stress in our bodies and minds reacting to something, which upsets our normal balance in life. During the course of our lives, we all experience episodes of anxiety, unhappiness, sadness, or grief. Many times when a loved one dies or a personal tragedy occurs, or difficulty such as divorce or loss of a job, we may feel depressed and anxious. Clinical depression affects about 19 million Americans annually. It is estimated to contribute to half of all suicides. Anxiety interferes with the sufferer’s ability to sleep or function. These conditions should be addressed. Our mental-health professionals can help; treatment would depend on the cause of the anxiety or depression. Our clinicians employ a wide variety of treatment modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive therapy, and behavioral therapy, among others.

Stress is part of life and will always be around. Acute stress is the most common form of stress. Many circumstances can lead to stress, such as: pressure to perform at work, at school or in sports. Since a range of commonplace situations can cause it, everyone is as risk of being stressed. Chronic stress however is more serious it kills through suicide, violence, heart attack, stroke other illness and perhaps even cancer. Due to physical and mental resources being depleted through long-term attribution, the symptoms of chronic stress are difficult to treat and may require medical as well as behavioral treatment and stress management. Seek and Find is equipped to work effectively with this type of situation.

Our clinical staff includes licensed therapists who are fully qualified to conduct addiction assessments and treatments. You are not alone, we can h

Physical violence is the main content of domestic violence and can be accompanied by other forms of violence, which could include emotional and psychological abuse, sexual abuse, child abuse, and economic abuse. It is a crime if someone physically hurts, threatens you or uses any of the other forms of abuse. No one has the right to hurt you, even if that person is a spouse, child, boyfriend or girlfriend, parent or partner. Domestic violence can be used as a form of control and manipulation over the individual by the abuser. According to the U.S. Surgeon General, the number one causes of injuries to women between the ages of fifteen and forty-four are physical domestic abuse. The figure is around three and four million women who are abused by someone they love and trust each year in the United States.
