Gladys Bernabe-Crasta

MSW, LCSW, holds a master of social work from Rutgers University, also provides christian license clinical pastoral counseling, has more than 35 years of professional experience in the mental health field, providing psychotherapy to adults, teens, children, couples and families. She uses a variety of leading-edge treatment modalities, her overarching approach is client-centered, which means that all clients are treated with respect and dignity and are also active partners in their own treatment. Gladys Bernabe-Crasta is founder and president of Seek and Find Professional Counseling in NJ LLC, a multicultural, bilingual counseling and wellness center serving Monmouth County’s diverse population, both English-and Spanish-speaking.

Susan Udovic

MA, MS, LPC received a master of arts in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University in 2005 and a master of science from Rutgers University Behavioral Neuroscience program in 1982.  She completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through Behavioral Tech, LLC, Seattle, Washington in 2009, and has extensive experience in anger management training.

Susan has worked with individuals, couples, and families using an eclectic approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, and Strengths-Based Therapies.  She focuses on partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals and make positive change in their lives.

About Us

Group Psychotherapy

This group is designed to assist clients with Mental Illness such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Anxiety Disorders develop a wellness recovery plan within a group setting. Issues addressed in the group will include:

  • Medication Adherence
  • Developing Healthy coping strategies through effective:
    1. Stress Management
    2. Development of Health Leisure Skills
    3. Psycho Education
    4. Community Networking
    5. Peer Feedback: Family Issues; Work Issues; Substance Abuse

This is an ideal group for clients who don’t meet the criteria for Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Out Patient level of care but would still benefit from group treatment.

What I Choose to Do and Be?

A unique group for adolescents that will allow them to discover themselves as they learn to explore consequences, feelings and choices. Among the topics to be discussed:

  • Thinking before making choices
  • Managing anger
  • Making ruling choices
  • Dating
  • Coping with sorrow and loss
  • Communication skills
  • Social skills
  • Problem solving and much more

This group will be everything you expect and more. The one thing that it will not be is "boring!"

Parents, teachers, church leaders, youth groups, and community leaders, refer your youth! Call to register. Youths, take charge and ask to be registerd. After all, we are talking about what you choose to do and be!

Seek and Find has License Christian Pastoral Counselors that are prepared to help you navigate thru difficult times in your life using God’s principals. In these difficult times where despair and hopelessness seem to be gripping peoples life, our pastoral counselors will help you gain wisdom, understanding and hope on how to work through your situations. Matt: 7:7 talks about us reaching out, look, ask, knock and we will receive, Isaiah 30:18 is saying how God wants to be gracious to us, don’t ever give up there is always hope. You will learn that the mind is the leader or forerunner of all actions, therefore don’t be someone with a bad attitude and a negative mind set, always think good things. 

In time we discover that our pain will fade
